The thing is out of desperation for the VL, people fall into the hands of scammers.... there are some really good websites that help with the whole visa lottery process.....for people that cannot figure it out themselves.....the kicker is finding the right sites...

It is our duty to find our duty to find right site. We cannot blame on the scam sites. Since we are going there and we are into trouble. We get idea before we visit some sites.
