What can the average American do about illegal immigration issues?

If your in the United States - have you looked into "NumbersUSA"?
I call my rep's all the time. I talk to others about the problem and try to get them involved as well. I have found out that people from all walks of life and color are very concerned about this issue.
Keep up on the issues. When your rep's are having public talks and there is a possibility to asking questions - go and ask questions.
Do you know of places where illegals are known to be hanging out at to get paid under the table jobs? Turn the information into immigration.
It may not seem like much - but if everyone started getting involved things are going to start to change. Problem is that most do nothing - or at best only complain from the seat in front of their computer. Get proactive. Get involved.

These so callled illegal immigrants..... are they tottaly irrelevant to the american society?

Nike Air Max Tailwind 2010 features a full length air bubble, breathable mesh/suede upper, and all the specifics that made the Tailwind a fan favorite over the years. The shoe most likely will still have the stability managing sole unit since this was a staple in the shoe’s design. A release date is yet to be determined but we will keep you posted.
